The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The nearest stop is within walking distance along a narrow path by the side of the highway. The Luas stop is also very handy. The room was comfortable and as expected. The staff at check-in were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offerings were great and the restaurant staff at Joel's were very good.

There were some issues with noise, especially from the motorway side and petrol station. Additionally, some guests mentioned that the restaurant service was poor.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. the convenient location, just a short walk from the Red Cow LUAS stop, made it easy for us to explore the city. the comfortable room and reasonable price were also big advantages that we appreciated.

The hotel's location was quite convenient, as it was close to Clondalkin town centre and had a shop nearby for necessities. The hotel also had different serving stations which was helpful, and was not too far from Dublin airport. The room was spacious with a nice bathroom and the breakfast buffet was decent enough.

The staff could have been more accommodating and upfront about their policies.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Dublin, I was pleasantly surprised by the quirky and unique features of the hotel. The vintage car in the foyer added a touch of charm and nostalgia. The bar had a great atmosphere and the food was delicious. The secure underground car parking provided me with peace of mind for my vehicle. Despite my initial concern about the warm room, I was pleased to discover that I could easily turn off the heat, allowing for a comfortable stay. I had a great experience and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The breakfast can get busy at times, so it is important to plan ahead and avoid the rush.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. We were pleased to find that Joels next door offered fantastic food, making it convenient for us to grab a bite to eat. The hotel's location was also a great advantage, with easy access to the M50 and just a short 10-minute walk to the Luas. We especially appreciated the underground parking and the fact that the fourth bed in our room was not a roll away bed, providing us with extra comfort. The hotel even provided a fan, which was a nice touch.

Felt completely at ease during our stay, with no complaints whatsoever.

Comfortable rooms, no noise from nearby highways, and easy temperature control. Good toiletries and large towels, and ice machine available. Delicious food at the on-site restaurant and nearby, friendly staff throughout the hotel, and a spacious room with three comfortable beds. a great experience.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The staff were so friendly, pleasant, and efficient. The room was spotless and comfortable, with a modern and clean design. The bathroom had a powerful and warm shower, and everything was in perfect condition. The location behind Joel's Restaurant on the City side of Newlands Cross was ideal, as it allowed us to avoid the traffic and parking fees by taking the Luas. Plus, there was plenty of parking available at the hotel. The food was also delicious, and there was even a fuel station right beside the hotel, which was very convenient. this place offered enhanced comfort, quality services, and a luxurious experience.

The staff at the check, in desk were rude and unhelpful, making our arrival experience unpleasant. Our room was not ready even though it was past check, in time, and we had to wait over an hour and a half.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect for us - away from everything, on the outskirts of the city. Although access was a bit difficult due to the busy road, it was worth it for the peace and quiet. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed, including heating and air conditioning. We loved the in-room tea and coffee facilities and the soundproofed rooms meant we slept like babies. The restaurant was amazing - the food and drink were excellent and we were impressed by the 24-hour room service. The staff, including the manager, were so accommodating and made our stay even better with their excellent service.
